Black Week Special: Metris Black Line

In the Black Line version, the dial graphics and the hand stand out clearly against a jet black background. During the day, the graphic elements look similar to the patinated radium displays of historic watches. In the dark, however, their Super-LumiNova coating emanates a powerful glow. The combination of the extra-large hour numerals and the magnified date window make the watch especially easy to read. The bezel of the circular date window at the 6 o’clock position is also black.

The main features that distinguish the Metris from other MeisterSinger models are its dynamically curved case and its conical flanks. Its oval shape integrates the crown protector, giving the watch added robustness. In the Black Line version, the 38mm stainless steel case is coated with jet black carbon and then sandblasted to provide a matt finish. The diamond-like carbon (DLC) coating makes this watch particularly hardwearing and rugged. The Metris is protected up to 20 bar by a domed sapphire glass and a sixfold screwed solid steel back.

The Swiss Sellita SW200 automatic movement, which is specially modified for MeisterSinger’s single-hand watches, quietly ticks inside the Metris. The date display can be conveniently set via its quick-switch function. The rotor provides the watch with a power reserve of 38 hours.
